Anyone on here running the SCT/SC stack? I am thinking that I might want to try some custom tuning for my truck via SCT but I want to keep trans control so I will have to stack the SCT on top of the SC. Just wondering if any of you guys have experience running the stack.

Did mine early in the year and it's been going great. I was a little nervous at the time which happens with every new mod so i was excited when it it cranked over just fine.

Folks have been doing this stack for a few years now. 4.7 folks as well as some of the charger/magnum/300c folks. Lot of hemi rams too. It's really popular with the '04 folks because it's pretty much the only thing they can do at the moment

Hey Sean, do you get good results when custom tuning the Sidewinder?

This is something I would like to know more about with my 03. Has anyone had any success doing the SC/SCT stack on a 2003 Ram hemi? The SC appears to be the only way to adjust the rev and speed restricter on the 03 and the SCT would allow fuel/timing to compensate for a cam. Still looking for a solution to adjust the idle other than running the AC.

At this point I am leaning in the direction of doing it. I can't seem to find anyone who had problems from the stack that couldn't be fixed pretty easily. Plus, I want to get some tuning done to dial in my setup a little better than a canned tune can.

if you fry/mess up your pcm, you can get a new one for $200. i know thats no chump change by any means. but it is a light at the end of the tunnel, just in case.

The sidewinder does not have issues being tuned.

And for the '03, only Diablo has the capability of doing any type of custom tuning and from another post topic, it's limited in capability.
