I am about to put ngk v-power plugs. Basic but is what I was told was oem by dealership. Does anyone have any other suggestions or pointers if this is a right move to put such a basic plug in my hemi?

Use low heat plugs. These motors DO NOT LIKE hot plugs. Keep it simple. OEM Cooper plugs. Anything else, hurts the motor.

I used the NGK 5306 V Powers when I rebuilt my engine and had no problems. Pulled them at 30K miles and it looked like they held up pretty well.

Yes definitely use regular old copper plugs. Anything else will actually hurt the performance of the motor. The hemis do NOT like fancy plugs.

When I talked to the dealership here where I live they said 100k but I had heard 30k. I bought my truck used with 111,*** miles on it and I'm up to 144,*** miles now and slowly notice a decrease in power since February of this year. And mine uses a little oil.

The 13+ uses a higher voltage coil and run platinum/iridium plugs and have a 100K interval, everything before that uses the old coils and copper plugs and should have a 30K interval.

Has anyone used Denso Iridium sparkplugs. I am just about at 50K miles and was wondering if anyone uses them. Or what plugs I should use.
Thanks for any info or input.

Stock. Hemi runs best with the stock copper plugs. Doesn't really matter what year.

Actually I take that back, somewhat. See charonblk07's post just above yours. The iridiums should be fine in your 13.
