So, truck was fine, and then went to drive it and now it kinda "bounces". The rpm will jump and dip, and if I go too slow it stalls out. Recently installed the vararam and a cutout. Any connections?

Did you take off the throttle body? Is the varam on there tight with the throttle or is it off the throttle body a little? Really sounds like a vaccuume leak so thats where I would check first and for most. Also check the sensor that plugs into the orange collar to make sure it is in there, turned the right way, and plugged in

Could it be the battery dying? It's running to the left of the half mark.

Could be, but I would check the things you messed with first. Was the battery draining prior to the cutout install?

Cutout isn't really "installed". Just have it down there, and can open it if I want. But not hooked to battery yet.

Check around the throttle body now, make sure that everything is tight, and tomorrow take it down and have them do a load test on the battery

Yeah. Gonna check all of that out soon. Was with a friend and he pushed up the intake and pushed in the sensor. Didn't stall after that.

Back to doing it again. Going to check it out in the morning. Stalled on my way home, and was the jerkiest ride I've ever been in. Basically felt like I had no throttle. And was hitting the brakes real fast then letting go. And then doing it again soon. At any speed. Stalled when I had to stop.

Which sensor did yall push in? Im guessing the AIT sensor, make sure the fillament wasnt cracked pushing it into the housing. Only other thing off hand I can think of is the plug for the TB wasnt competly clicked in with the holder.

Two trouble codes.
1. Incorrect immobilized key.
2. Random misfire detected.

Checked the iat sensor, and it looked fine, tightened up the seal between the vararam and the throttle body, and still having a really jerky ride.

Could be the battery then. Random misfire is normaly either a cam code for lumpy cams or plugs, but inccorect imm key is weird. I see in your sig you have the Viper aftermarket system did your truck come from the factory with a system?

Nah. The viper security remote start is aftermarket. I'm gonna get the battery tested after work. See what they say about it.

It says it could be bad wires or EGR valve. How can I test these things to make sure before I go replacing stuff?

EGV vlave is on the side of the motor, what wires are they saying are bad? Im guessing the spark plug wires. Were any of them knocked around or unclipped when under the hood moving around the Varam?

Yes the spark plug wires. How often do they need to be replaced? Don't believe so, but I'll check all of that out too. Just feel like the truck isn't even gonna get me home to do this. Lol.

I know on my old truck, one day it just started misfiring and it was the OEM wires that just went kaput. I couldn't even make it 50 ft in my truck lol it was crazy! But I got new wires and it fixed the problem. I hope you get it figure out!
