mine was making all sorts of noise today......but it was 2 f'n degrees this morning. And......that exhaust leak sounds freakin' awesome when its butt ass cold out. Stupid cutout.......

Still havent gotten it fixed JJ? Almost makes me glad I have a manual one other then I broke a stud on mine.

nope........I got a new cutout - it does the same thing. Just makes more noise when its cold! Sounds........great.......not.

I haven't noticed much of a tick with mine. Not exactly sure what you all are hearing. Sounds like almost everyone has it though. Wonder if there's something wrong with mine cause I dont have it? Lol

My truck doesn't make any ticking noise and neither does our 09 so like Trup said I don't know what you guys hear lol

Any type of gasket you could add to it to quiet it down JJ?

You sure the plates not blocked? I haven't had any issues with mine other than the remote not working right.

its not blocked. even the new one did it. its on the outside, put your hand up to the cutout end and you can feel it pulsating out of the cutout (when closed).

I really don't want to call them and get yet another one........but this kinda drives me nuts. $43K truck.......with an exhaust leak. DAMNIT!
