I see you have headers so I would suggest the 87mm.

I have logs currently but within the next week I'm getting shorties and deleting the cats. I was thinking the 87 because of the mods I have but wanted some more input.

I'm putting shorties on and gutting the cats
Me personally I wouldn't bother unless there was headwork and/or a cam involved. The oem TB's are plenty big enough.
