Its actually the opposite, with the overdrive gears in the the trans the 4.56's are actually around a 3.73 overall gearing on the highway or close to it (have to look up the math on it again), they will get you up and moving easier/quicker causing less work for the engine, and they put you right in the "sweet spot" for rpms vs mpg on the highway right around 2200rpm.

Your muffler delete is also causing issues . You loose low end and have no back pressure causing slower launches .

Also try launching in 4wd . That will help .

But as far as your numbers you are in the ballpark for your truck and mods .
Thats what i figured as far as back pressure. Ill throw on a 14" mufflex

Alright, I guess that makes sense. I wish these things came with these gears stock lol

Thats really not a bad 0-60 for your setup. You will also get better 0-60s the more you tinker with the truck.

Sounds like a plan! All of those things are on my truck. I love it.

Power wire might help with a Superchip, once you go custom for a cam or heads or needing to richen it up more for headers it will be useless because the tuner already tricks the computer like to PW does. If your gonna start going big might wanna pick up an A/F gauge to keep an eye on stuff.
