Have you made sure the back of the intake box is hooked up correctly to the throttle body? There will be a rubber tube connecting both.

Does it change when you turn the wheels?

From your video, it sounds like power steering system that is low on fluid or has air in it.

Vaccum leak? Sounds like a sucking noise to me on the vid.

What I would do is remove the accessory belt. That is great for troubleshooting. Just don't run the engine for too long since you'll have no water pump and alternator.

Your power steering pump is about to take a dump.

However - in regards to the whistling noise - I'd bet you have a missing vacuum line or leak in the intake manifold / intake system somewhere.

I actually topped off the pump after I shot this, it wasnt the problem..

Even with liquid topped, it is possible that P/S system has air in it.
Try to remove the air using hand vacuum pump. Let me know it you need help with it.

Parts rotated by the belt make too much noise. Like I mentioned earlier, remove the accessory belt. Start the engine and listen. It is much easier to find the source of noise.

Spray something flammable like starter fluid around the plenum gasket and vac lines to see if you can get the engine to race a little. That could disclose a leak source too.

Edit: Carefully! LOL Just need tiny short squirts.

Ok guys, the problem was that the alternator was bad. A bearing was the problem like a few people had told me. Much, much better sound levels. I might post a vid on the difference from it.
