Trailer brake controller is integrated into the dash, if it's not there you don't have it. Tow receiver should be very obvious as if it's not below your rear bumper you don't have it.

The receiver is definately there. Know that for sure. I dont have those buttons on the dash though. Only things I have there are buttons for heated seats/steering wheel and park assist. I wonder if they screwed up on the sticker? Maybe I can call the dealer and show them the sticker and they can just install it.

Could be that they messed it up, not very hard to add on anyway. Dealer is adding it onto my dad's new truck before he picks it up this week. Definitely give them a call and have them install it.

on the left is equipment listing click on that and when you input your VIN it will pull up the build sheet. If brake controller is listed they have to put it on your truck because that is included in the MSRP of your truck ...... Hope this helps
