430N Pictures Disappear

Greetings all!

I've got a 2012 RAM 1500 Outdoorsman with the 430N radio. All seems to work however, I loaded some pictures a few days ago and noticed that they seemed to disappear after a day or so. I assumed I did something wrong so I loaded them again. After a day or so, same thing - back to the default mountain water scene. The pictures are virus free, the size the manual refers to. Any ideas?? Anyone else have this or a similar problem??

I've had it happen to me once. I just blamed the wife and told her not to touch the screen anymore.

Reloaded the pictures and they're still there as of this morning. 2012 r/t with the 430n.

Maybe the truck thinks your pictures are stupid. Try using a picture of my truck. That should cure it. :joke:

welcome to RF. I have yet to load any pics, but sounds like others have had the same problem.

There is a 3 letter code at the bottom right of the unit. From that code you can cross reference the model. I can tell you that if your code is RHB or if you have the Garmin navigation that it is the 430N

The few pics I have been working fine. I have the plate in my sig as my picture on my radio.
