HI and HELLO from Costa Rica
I just got a 2011 1500 Sport with a 430 or 730 REZ MyGig NON SIRIUS radio.
The Device sometimes reboot every 5 minutes, don't show the loaded mp3 files on the disk or refuses to load more files or locks up while loading.
Yesterday i could load 40 music albums and hear them, now the device show no album, interpret, song.
System Information shows the below versions:
SOFTWARE
Application ------------------ Gracenotes
9.225 -------------------------- 1289
Hardware
Serial Number ------------------ System
T00BE212950375 ------------ 6821 006 3.3
I checked the Uconnect Software Update site, but it say i have the actual version.
After reading hours and hours here and in other places i guess that there is a trouble with the integrated HD, but maybe my Export version (i am in Costa Rica) VIN is not known.
My questions are:
a) how to reset this version of Uconnect (temp up/down dont work)
b) is there a newer software available, if so, how and where can i download it?
