How hard is it to get NAV added to a 8.4 Uconnect without Nav? How much does it cost?

I assume you have the RA3 that you can activate the navigation. This is the cheapest place to get the activation code that I've found.

I got an email from uconnect and they were giving a $100 off if I bought the NAV option. It would make it $500 and would activate in the background.
