trying to find the correct software update for this radio, I cant seem to download the correct file. I got as far as it would download to the radio, get 100% done, then tell me it was a mismatch in versions. please help. thanks

If it's your stock radio just use your VIN on the uconnect update site. If not stock then your best bet is to go on eBay, find a VIN for the same year truck and radio as yours. You can verify equipment listing on ramtrucks website.

My truck came the 5.0. ra2, i upgraded to the 8.4, I finally found the correct file on navrepair.com
