So installed an RA3 from a 2015 Cherokee yesterday in my 2017 RAM 2500 (factory RA2 truck)... after installing it, I even managed to get my hands on the 17.17.XX software (via Canadian VIN) and updated it.
All is well now, but my Bluetooth Uconnect speaker and Voice Commands are not working in the truck.
I've tried factory resetting through dealer/diagnostic menus, soft reset with button sequence.... just about everything.
Truck only has 1300 miles and the Bluetooth microphone and voice commands worked fine before install. I was under the impression that maybe the 17.17.XX Update may be the culprit but after finding the 16.16.XX software and putting it on my flash drive, the RA3 doesn't even display a message to start the downgrade.
Anyone have any suggestions?
