aftermarket head unit wiring

I got the axxess harness with a pioneer head unit (no navigation). I have a few extra wires and I need to know where they go.

On the axxess harness
blue/purple
light green
green/purple

On the head unit
purple/white (reverse gear signal)
I have the light green going to my micro bypass.
I will also be installing two camers (front and rear) do they go to this wiring anywhere?

Those are for nav equipped units.

what about the purple/ white on the factory harness. Just tape it off also along with the other three?

It has something to do with the back up camera. Look at the owners manual under installation. Should be around page 54. I just chose a unit off of pioneers site to see what it was.

looked at my instructions. Does anyone know ff the purple/white off the pioneer harness connects to the green/purple on the axxess harness?

They both talk about reverse signals.

Yes it does. That will give the Pioneer radio a reverse trigger signal for when you install the camera

When I installed my Pioneer that's what I did. Then just added an aftermarket camera. Set the radio Camera signal input on the deck to 12v and every time you go in reverse the camera will trigger.
