I'm replacing my factory auto dimming rear view mirror 2012 ST with a BOYO Vision backup rearview mirror. Would the factory mirror wiring be pre-wired with a backup signal wire? Could i just use the factory wiring for the +12v, ground and backup signal?

The simplest way for you is to use the power and backup signal from reverse light.

You may be able to find a power and ground at the mirror but no reverse. for that you will have o go to the light itself. its canbus inside the cab.
