Alpine 8.4 back door speaker rattle ??

I have a 2016 sport crew cab with the 8.4 Alpine system and the rear door speakers rattle like crazy and my question is has anyone found the solution to fix this as I see I am not the only one dealing with this? I did use the search feature but I did not really find any answers..Thanks

I have a non-Alpine stereo and my speakers rattle as well. The dealer "fixed" the problem last year but it still rattles.

I fixed my back door rattle (damn could that be strewn wrong!) with Armaflex tape, Cut 1/4" long strips and added them under the speaker rims. Worked like a champ!

Hey Upthewazzu,

Did your dealership work on/replace the trim when they tried to fix the concern for you?
