Just wanted to thank mpgrimm2 and pa.hemi.
Took that diagram to the shop this morning and it worked! Back up camera is clear as day now.
Maybe this thread will help some other people along the way

I NEVER noticed that little diagram on the trailer hook up covers. Lol Thanks MpGrimm!

I've honestly seen this mentioned a few times and no one ever came back to confirm it helped.
