Hello,

I have a 2014 Ram 1500 5.7 Hemi. I just had to replace the battery. Now I have an issue with the radio. The BU camera works, but when I am in drive I get either the ram logo or a blue screen. I did check all fuses, including the "hidden" in line radio fues. Any ideas?

TIA, Mike

Did you try disconnecting the battery and then reconnect to see if the reset helps?

I would suspect you would have no screen function if it were a fuse. Time for an upgrade!

Hi Mike

You can try performing a hard reset on your Uconnect system by following these steps: Settings -> System Information -> Reset to Factory Default. Please be advised this will delete any saved information such as radio presets, Bluetooth pairings, etc. but it could help resolve your concerns. If this doesn't help please send us a PM with your VIN so we can investigate further!

This might work if my radio was responsive. I only get the Ram logo on screen, regardless of what buttons I press. Please advise, thanks again.
