When I start the truck the blower motor is set on high. The blower will blow on high for a few seconds then it will blow on low speed. At this time it is like something is trying to go in place and it moves in the lower dash. After 30 seconds or so thr noise stops and the blower motor will run on any setting i put it on and it will run on the right speed.
I have changed the blower motor resister and it is doing the same thing. Help!!
