Something I stumbled upon this weekend; Long story short - I replaced my fuse a while back and apparently bought the wrong fuse... but it was the right fuse as well. Apparently the Cig Lighter fuse has 3 slots which can accommodate a small 20 fuse or a large 20 fuse. When you insert a small 20 fuse, the outlet will alternate power with the truck on/off. If you use the large 20 fuse the outlet will remain constant power regardless if the truck is on or off.
Side note - no, it will not accept both at once, I only have both pictured for demonstration purposes
