Driver door have stopped lock and unlocking

My door handle randomly quit locking and unlocking via the button or Inner sensors this morning. Anyone else ever had this issue?

Mine did this once but only after having issues with the fob...I was trying to unlock with the fob and it would immediately lock again without me touching it. After a couple minutes of playing with the fob I was unable to use the door switch. I had to start the truck for it to reset.

What exactly is "inner sensors"? Does the passenger lock switch and/or key fob if applicable still lock the drivers door?

OK so now I have narrowed down to when it will happen.

If I open the door before shutting g off the engine, when I close the door the handle will shock me (like a static shock) then it won't work.

Every time it goes to fail it shocks me. Makes me think it's a poor ground somewhere...
