How do I access it? I'd like to do a factory reset and see if it fixes my Bluetooth connectivity issues. I tried holding the volume and browse button, as well and the hot and cold buttons on the driver's side. Neither worked. Ty in advance.

Ugh. I have notes for this somewhere on the new Panasonic radios. Can't recall exactly but ...

Press: (Hot)+(Cold)
for 6-10 secs to get into the dealer menu. If you have dual zone use the driver's side temp buttons.

Then to do a reset ...
touch the VERY upper right hand corner of the screen for about 10 seconds..

let me know if that does it.

Pushing hot and cold (drivers side)with defrost brought up a "Dealer Menu" , I will now try to hold the right hand upper corner as you suggested. FYI I had to put the ignition in Accesory mode first for this to work. Would not do it in Run.

No luck after getting into dealer menu, holding upper right hand corner does nothing.

You have to stick you finger up almost under the bezel and push for what seems forever. I did hear from someone that they might have removed it. If they did that really stinks. It was the only way i could reliably get the radio to take settings from the BCM. Could you post a picture of the radio part info screen in the dealer menu? Is yours a nav unit?

Deere yes I can, I'll do it tomorrow. I placed my finger everywhere on the screen trying to find the "sweet spot". Nothing took. Wife was gone on a business trip for three days, so I'm spent some QT with her tonight! [emoji6] And yes it is a nav unit.

So far I've gotten into (2018 8.4 nav):

"Dealer Mode" using temp up, temp down, and defrost.
"Supplier Mode" using temp up, temp down, and press tuner knob.

But no sign of "Engineering Mode" yet. I'd love to see about turning off Travel Link, or at least the near-constant air quality alerts...

I pressed the hot and cold buttons at the same time, my first try adjusted the temp. settings the second time I must have actually pressed them at the same time because after roughly 5 to 6 seconds the engineering menu came up. Factory reset worked for my GPS problems, then just had to reset all my preset radio stations and sounds controls to my liking.

Doesn't work on an '18. Pressed together, hot & cold always runs the temp to max and does nothing else...

Don't want to hijack this thread but will any of those menus allow you to adjust the default volume for things like Bluetooth or navigation on a 2018?

Just curious, have you tried the "Assist" option on the mirror?

You know, I need to go back and look again. Thought I'd seen something like that in one of the main menus but couldn't find it the other day after I noticed the Pandora (thru BT) volume is so low I had to turn it up full. Then the switch back to radio is killer!
