I have to take it in anyway for the ESC recall. The delay timer wont change from 45 seconds either so hopefully it's all fixable on one trip.

Just returned from the local dealer. They said it's not normal and haven't seen the problem before. They ordered an new instrument cluster. They couldn't figure out the timer thing either but did confirm it's a problem.
They did complete the recall and said they did another update as well.
