Does it have the audio controls on the back of the steering wheel? Bluetooth? 8 Speed "Gear+/-" buttons? Might be for one of those...

It has all the buttons front and rear....... I'm thinking it might be for heated steering wheel

That might be it. Can't tell from the pic but is it a fairly heavy guage wire?

Yes, that is for the heater, you might have a spare plug on the column side as well, but you would need a new clockspring to connect them.

So if I get the new clock spring it will work. Cause out of te doner truck I got the steering wheel heater switch.

You will need to verify that you have the matching unused plug in your truck. After you remove your steering wheel, you can look for a spare plug plugged up to a green dummy plug.

Ok and if I do then I will need the clock spring and it will work? Nothing else did you do this to your truck?

Yes, I dont believe a dealer flash is required. No I have not done it.
