Harness plug near radiator

I think I've seen or read this before but forgot. Anyone know what this spare plug harness is for in front of the radiator?

Think this has already been covered (not sure), but I believe it's the hood sensor for the remote start.

If you have factory remote start, then that would plug into the hood latch so you could not start the truck with the hood open. I had it on my express, and used it when I added the factory remote start.

Thanks Cuyler. It must have been pre wired or something. As I don't have that option installed.
