In the picture shown i have the yellow power wire from the headunit harness connected to power, the unit gets power and the red light flashes but doesn't turn on.

The red wire shown is the ignition wire on the headunit harness, if that wire is connected with the yellow power, the unit will completely turn on, if its not the red light will only flash.

What am I suppose to do with the ignition wire? I assumed I run it to the fuse box under a ignition fuse but the headunit will not completely turn on that way.

Can somebody help me?

I ended up running it to the fuse box under the fuse for the power windows. Thanks for the quick responses!

Maybe I'm misreading it but wouldnt it be better to run it to the radio fuse instead of the power windows?
