Sounds silly but did you try to touch the screen? Sounds like it's just off.

There's a "screen off" button. Press it again.

There's also a screen on/off button beside the hazard button.

I just started the truck and the screen came on so I pushed the screen off button and the screen went off but it said at the bottom touch screen to turn on, it did not say that before so I hope it does not go black again. Thanks for the support to everyone lovin my truck and challenger

You were more correct in saying "screen off" button.
I had the message "Touch screen to turn on" however the button also turns the screen back on although it only says off on the button.
