I have another thread called installation of my light bar, i was going to use that one for my write up. But it was more of my Q&A to seek assistance. I have completed it and going to do a write up with picks.

So everything will very depending on where you mount, and how big you light bar is ext. But for what i did, i ordered the following
Light bar
http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B00...ilpage_o00_s00
Inline fuse
http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B00...ilpage_o00_s00
Relay
http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B00...ilpage_o00_s00
Relay Leads
http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B00...ilpage_o00_s00

So what i first did was unhooked the battery obviously! I wanted to tie my Light bar into my hi-beams. So i had to hunt down the High Beam Signal wire which is White with green stripe. Unless you go to the headlight housing, i went to the headlight harness next to the radiator and near the PDC. Which is stupid crysler thought it would be a good idea to use the same color wire for 2 different thing in the same harness. So i found out that it was Pin 10 that i needed.

I used a "vampire" tap to tap into the wire. For me it was easier because it is very tight, and it would be hard to solder 2 wires in there. I would have used Posi Lock taps which are water proof, but i injected the clip with silicon and wrapped it tight with Electrical tape.

From the Signal wire, Heatshrink Butt connected to the remote wire, or the "blue" wire on the relay harness that i ordered which is in the shopping list. It is also the 86(pretty sure ill confirm and change if needed).

For me i got all of my pigtails in order. I butt-connected and heat shrunk my (30) wire to the inline fuse which i got on amazon, it came with a 20 amp fuse which is more than enough for my application.

For the pigtail i used, it was pre numbered. With a blue signal and black ground and 3 red wires. Just as a heads up
It was labeled as:
1: Which is actually 3 on the relay
2: Remote
3: which is actually 4 which is 87a, which is useless and capped ( in my application)
4: Which is actually 5, or 87.
G: Ground or 85.
The numbers on the relay pins are what you should adjust the pig tail to

So if you refer to that list, wiring will be much eaiser. I found out half way and had to redo half of my wiring.

Lets continue. I wired my (4) wire to my light bar i used 14 gauge wire, which i was told to, but my light bar was 18 gauge, i may have a problem with that, but well see. The photo i took was before i switched out the solder with waterproof heatshrink.

So this is what my pig tail looked like when everything was wired 20160116_025156363_iOS.jpg

I grounded my light bar onto the radiator support and i grounded my relay on my PDC mount. I was told to keep the grounds separate.

The hardest part for me was getting the thing mounted on my grillguard because i didnt want to have to drill multiple holes and ruin the guard. so it took me a bit to mesure it and drill it. Once i drilled it i dabbed the holes with primer paint so it wont rust. Then i mounted the light bar

It was dark out so i decided to loom everything in the morning. So i bought like 6 feet of loom and used most of it. I didn't want have all my wires just zip tied and laying all about, so i wanted to make it look factory, yall can disagree if it is or not but, i tried. Once loomed i then taped and zip tied it. Here are some pics of it all clean up
