Hello I am installing an alpine Mrv-m500 and new sub in my 2015 ram 1500 with alpine sound system. I know guys in the past have tapped into the factory wires going into the factory sub. My question is this amp has a speaker level input option and it wants positive and negative from the front two doors and the rear two doors. From my understanding there is only 4 wires going into the factory sub so can I make this work?

I once did a wiring job with HLI, i just did the rear door speakers... IMO i would swap your HU if possible...
Personally i would just do the 2 rears.

why should he swap his HU to install an amp?

OP If the amp has front and rear inputs (which is not usual for a mono amp, most only have left and right inputs) just combine the front with the rear for the left and do the same for the right. You can also tap into the factory sub like you asked. just make sure you have the two positives and two negatives correct or else it may be wired out of phase.

Awesome thank you! that answered my question. I though it was weird because from what I mostly saw most amps just wanted the two rear doors and for some reason this alpine wants all 4 doors... here is a couple pics from the Manual.

Cause if he has anything but the 8.0, the HU in these trucks blow...
