Just thought I'd share. Last year I swapped out the dash speakers with the KS series and was happy. Today I replaced the door speakers with the KS 6x9s. Figured I'd keep it all the same brand and they were on sale at best buy...lol. Had to make some spacers for the front door speakers because of the depth issue. I went to Kmart and bought a cutting board for that 
. Definitely sounds better than the stock. Looking forward to putting some power to them with a JL 300/4 to see how they sound. I'm going to have to do some sound deadening on the doors because they vibrate now. Then I'll be trying a JL 10w7 that I've had laying around for awhile. It will be going in a net audio box, 1.65cu. Powered by a JL 1000/1. It's going to be trial and error right now. The box is for 2/10s. Worst case scenario, I'll get 2 different 10s. Still have to run the power and everything. Was sort of dragging my feet waiting on the Rockford Dcr1 or the Pac audio locs to come out instead of using a Lc2i. Looking forward to getting it finished.
