Okay, I know I read it on here today and can't find it. What is the largest USB or SD card for a 2014? I know it needs to be FAT32.
Thanks!

There shouldn't be a limit. The only limiting factor would be the size of USB stick or SD card.

Since there is nothing in any manual that I can see. Can it use something other than Fat32 ? If so, what is the top end for storage? What is the format the card has to be in. Again, I know I read it on her earlier & can't find it.
Thanks!

Yeah, I didn't find it in any manuals, either. You can *try* NTFS and see if it works - it might.

If it reads NTFS then your limit will be 256 TB (that's terabytes). :)

There is no size limit. Problem is the readers in the trucks don't recognize NTFS over 32gb and FAT32 is just that, 32GB, as that is the size limitation for Windows. You can however, locate formatting software that will format cards over 32gb in FAT32 by changing the cluster sizes.

^ This. I used the special formatting tool and have been running a 64 GB SD card without any problems. Have not tried it on anything bigger. One thing to keep in mind is that if you go crazy huge on the SD card the loading time on tracks might become annoying. It's noticeably longer with the 64 GB over the 32 GB.

There is no limit. I use a 2TB external HDD with music on it fine.
