I just ordered the + & - as well as 100' roll of 14 ga flex wire.:):)

Lizard king, how many rcas will I need to come out of the helix and into the JL audio 1000/5 amp? I think 2-3' should be plenty long since I am gonna mount next to each other in back of truck. I am running 2 6.5 in the doors, and 2 tweets in sails, and one 12" sub in rear. My rear 6x9s will be either run off head unit or small amp and turned down for rear fill.

Higher priced ones usually use OFC "oxygen free copper" AWG stands for something like american wire gauge, not sure if that's exactly it but its a wire standard size.

Yes but some cheap offshore suppliers don't conform to AWG standards, like they use less copper wire

99% of the time if you find a cheap kit it won't be decent my general budget for wiring is $150-$200 for a good OFC 1/0 kit. If you find 1/0 for less than 100 bucks stay away only time I've seen it that cheap and quality is wholesale and most people don't have access to deals like that.

I've used Knukonceptz on 2 installs now, sure they aren't cheap but I'll never use anything else. Amazing product

Welding cable works great as power/ground wire too. It's around $1.90/ft for 1/0 OFC cable. Not quite as flexible, but its not horrible either.
