Install was real easy on my 2014 regular cab.. A/C works fine as well on the touch screen.Volume control works, Back up camera as well... but it doesn't give me a media option for my USB that's in the middle seat compartment that my ra2 read perfectly fine. Can someone help me out here?

Sometimes it might take a couple of cycles through turning the truck on/off for the truck to recognize everything.

I think the problem is that you are using a 2015 radio in a 2014 vehicle. What software is the radio running?

You can try doing a factory reset if it doesn't come back after a few cycles. If that doesn't do it you can send it to Navrepair.com and they can add the port for you. I think its around 60.00.

Nope
and the usb and auxiliary light up and everything. I just don't get the option to show up on the media screen.Attachments

Yes the drivers are different for the USB reader. It is fixable via firmware flash, but typically it is not advisable to flash firmware for RAMs on Jeep radios.
That being said, the correct drivers for the reader will be in the RAM download for a 2015. Flashing this firmware could result in a bricked radio. As another member said its advisable not to use 2015 radios in 13-14 trucks, but "some" have had success.
If you wish to avoid the risk, you can bypass the USB reader and plug a long USB extension cable directly into the back of the radio (gray plug) and put the other end in your glove box.
