Very clean install! I've got a question that is a LITTLE off topic, but not far. I saw in one of your posts about Infinity 6x9's in the doors. I've had a couple of people tell me I couldn't upgrade to aftermarket 6x9's due to space restrictions. Did you have to do some custom mounting? Or was I just fed some BS?? I appreciate any help that you guys can give...

if they wont fit you could easily make a spacer kit out of 1/2 or 3/4 inch mdf, particle board whatever and it will fit

The spacer idea will not work since it would make the speaker stick out too far. My tweeters already touch the door panel speaker grilles. 6x9s will fit if you do some trimming on the plastic frame behind the panel. It's not structural and will not hurt anything if removed. You will see what needs to be trimmed once you take the door panel off and test fit the speaker. I just used some pliers to break away the plastic.

Thanks guys. This is my first go round with modding a truck, especially a brand new one, so I'm trying to get everything researched out before tearing it open.

There should be a reverse wire in the new wire harness, I would assume you either bought a PAC or Scosche harness... Just hook up that wire to the stereo's reverse wire input and it should work perfect.
