I did end up buying and installing. Having an issue with the front cam flickering. He sent me a new cam and this one flickers as well. It seems to happen when the truck has been driving for 1/2 hr or so. Works fine otherwise.

Check your ground. Also, how'd you tap in for power? Sounds like a connection somewhere is loose.

I installed a fuse block with 3 switched fuses, and 1 hot. I ordered the non-weatherproof version by accident, so I decided to make a fuse box to mount it in. I use the fuses to run my customtronix setup and my onboard air, so far.

Power was acquired through the supplied harness. Video and 12v was PnP for the cargo camera and the front emblem camera so there was really no tap in or ground wire to run. I checked my video input and wire routing. All was secure. I went as far as taping the video input plugs so the couldn't come loose.

The software is not compatible as of right now. I almost pulled the trigger on the cargo and front camera until i saw it doesn't work with the new RA3 17.xx.xx version of the software. so i must wait

That must be new this year then. My 2016 badge camera for the front has a camera cable, with a power and ground wire spliced in. You might double check. I can't see how it would work without a power source/ground. This could be part of your problem. I also taped my connectors as they seemed less than tight

I there a install manual with a schematic that comes with the system? I dont see anything on their site. I thought they hooked the (+) and (-) to the included wiring harness. Also, is there a place to buy this states side? So not have to worry about the Euro to USD conversion.

The harness that comes in the kit has two 12v plugs and two rca plugs. Simply install the harness between radio and stock harness, fish the camera wires through to the back of the radio stack and plug them in. No cutting no splicing no tap ins. Completely plug and play. Customtronix is out of Sweden and there is no US distributor. My gold + kit with forum discount was 485.84 USD shipped to door. That ncluded:
OEM grill ram emblem with their cam installed
OEM third brake light with their cargo cam
Nav input lockout fix
Front cam park view
Ability to add any photo to startup (splashscreen)
Complete plug and play wire harness
Software to install the above
Hardest part was fishing the cargo cam wire through headliner to back of radio. About an hour total install time.

Yeah, that's changed then since last year. Check some YouTube install videos and you'll see what I'm talking about. What type of plug is the power plug? I'm still thinking it could be the source of your flickering cam. You might give Magnus at customtronix a call to see what he thinks since you've ruled out a bad camera.

I've seen all the vids on YouTube. The plug looks similar to a rca back but is red in color. I'm going to go through it again and inspect connections. Rear cam works flawlessly.

Can this be purchased in the US or is it over seas only? I hope they resolve the new software version soon as well.

It cannot be bought in US. The only way the software won't work is if you performed the new Uconnect ota update that started pushing out mid last month.

I bought their new Enigma Premium with their front camera. It enabled the cargo camera and the controls screen which I did not even have the controls screen before. I have to click on cargo camera then I can toggle from their between cargo and reverse camera. With the front camera I have to double tap mute button or hold back button. I don't have the additional camera soft key for the front camera like their older kit. How do you change the picture of the startup screen? Also would you please post pictures of cargo camera pictures view and actually third brake light. I would buy the cargo camera from the dealer but cannot find anyone who makes the harness anymore.
