RA3 or RA4? how do i know what i have?

i got the 8.4 in my 14' ram sport. it has Nav.but i cant seem to find the app button anywhere.

how can i tell which one i got

Do you have HD Radio? If yes, you have the RA4. If no, you have the RA3.

YES i have HD Radio. but for some reason only one channel comes in HD

so ifs the RA4 Better then RA3? and howcome i dont have the app button?

The radios are similar, the RA4 has more features. As for the app button, you should have it. You might want to visit your dealer on this.
