I had an issue yesterday with my 14 sport. I have the premium radio and i was working when i initially turned the vehicle on. After about 30 sec it went silent. I was able to switch screens (am,fm,sxm, and media) but not the stations. Bluetooth would not connect and could not make call or access nav. The time was frozen on the radio as well, AC controls on the radio didn't work either. The physical ac controls worked but did not display the change in settings. I tried to restart the vehicle and nothing changed. The following morning the controls had a lag of about 3 seconds. Now everything is working properly. Has anyone else experienced this issue?

Ive had it happen not in my ram but in my previous chrysler 300. Something didnt boot right, just like a computer they hiccup from time to time. The reason a quick restart didnt work is the radio is kept alive for about 15 minutes after the truck is turned off even if its blank. An hour or so is usually when it will "work itself out"

It never happened again after the one time it let me drive 30 minutes to work without sound.

Hi Dynigo,

If this concern reoccurs you can try performing a soft reset of your Uconnect system:

"Step 1) Put your vehicle into the accessories mode (ACC or RUN) **For keyless start (push-button) vehicles: push the start button twice without having your foot on the gas or brake pedal**
Step 2) Have the customer hold down the Phone and voice recognition buttons (or volume and tuner knob buttons), at the same time, for thirty seconds.
Step 3) Let go of the buttons
Step 4) Turn vehicle off
Step 5) Open driver’s side door for thirty seconds
Step 6) Close door
Step 7) Restart vehicle
Step 8) Let the media centre load up and see if concern is still present"

If this concern does reoccur please don't hesitate to reach out, I'd be happy to look into this further for you!
