The surround sound stopped working on my Uconnect 8.4 radio with nav. It doesn't matter what station or mode the radio is on, the surround sound keeps turning off by it self. Not sure how to fix it. Any suggestions?

My radio's surround sound is now working on all channels and input modes! I did nothing else. There's a glitch in there somewhere, the techs at the dealership won't fix it unless they can duplicate the problem! Will have to see if it craps out again!

Took truck in for recall for seat belts. While they had the truck in, I had them look at the radio issues. They reinstalled the radio software. Radio works like it should. When the other dealer updated the radio software they didn't install in properly.
