So my co worker and I were both leaving work and she busted out her mobile phone and said check this out!

I said let me guess...remote start app huh?

She said yups so I said let's have a race who can remote start the fastest.

Hers started up within 5-10 secs...sadly i waked up to the ram and it still hadn't even started up yet.

DAMN YOU RAM and 3G!!!!

You should show her the TOS (terms of service) for OnStar and what kind of data they track about her via her car.

Make it uber creepy. ;)

My last GM (Pontiac) I bought, first thing I did was rip out the onstar module/box from the trunk. Mostly because of the constant random announcements but also the tracking issue.

It is frustratingly slow. Mine usually takes 1-2 minutes to process a vehicle startup or unlock request, and I'm in a midwestern city with great coverage everywhere. The Uconnect is a great idea that works like crap.
