Hey All,

I recently put in a Pioneer AHV-x5700bhs unit into my 2013 ram. Before installing I kept the comfort features on to automatically turn on the seat heater and steering wheel heater when it is cold outside.

When I use the remote start both heaters come on for 2-3 seconds and then shut off.

I reinstalled the OEM radio and tried it and both heaters stay on when using the remote start.

Has anyone else had this problem or anyone know of any fixes? Thanks in advance!!

Thanks for the response guys!! I have a pioneer deck though. I see that they really dont display any gauges on pioneer so the idatalink might be useless.
