Is there a setting somewhere for the stereo to turn off when you turn the vehicle off and open the door? Mine will not shut off for a little bit even when the door is opened and i lock the doors. Also i two 10' subs that are powered by an amp and wired into the speakers. After everything is shut off and the stereo has finally turned off they randomly pulsate every minute or so if the doors are open. I have a 2013 1500 express with stock head unit. thanks!

There is a audio setting in your EVIC to set when the radio shuts off, 0 sec, 30secs, 60secs., etc.

Considering the first post states even AFTER the doors are opened, the radio keeps playing, it is not the EVIC setting. My guess would be something in the amp/speaker wiring causing a feedback that keeps power until a capacitor drains down...

I was at my dealer last week getting some service and they told me there was some recall or something associated with radios staying on and draining batteries. They did some kind of update to something, may want to bring it to your dealer.

If the only thing staying on is the radio, then it has to do with how those amps were installed. Check where they are getting power from. I would start by pulling the fuses, or disconnecting power somehow, to those amps and seeing if the problem goes away.
