It would only make crappy speakers more loud. It would not improve sound quality. You can buy a significant upgrade for $100 or less for front speakers. That would be the first purchase. Then, you can add your amp. Since you have the base system, it's much easier to upgrade.

I would upgrade your Door and Dash speakers.
The rears are so heavily crossed out, I doubt you'd hear anything.
Unless there is some news otherwise, you cannot currently upgrade the '13 decks.
