I have 2 RF p3s 10s and a punch 300 amp running off a LOC connected to my alpine factory rear sub wires. I'm getting distortion or something when I try to turn the subs up and just sounds like crap. Tried a bigger amp and got the same thing. Anyone have any problem like this? Any fixes? Thanks...

Lots more info needed. Box size, sealed or ported, how are the subs wired, crossover points plus what was mentioned above.
They could be thrown on the floor getting a full range signal for all we know.

If you are running the factory hu, you are experiencing roll off. The factory hu tends to decrease sub bass output at higher volumes. It does does good things with factory hardware, but robs aftermarket performance. Get an aftermarket lc2 and your problems will be fixed. Tuning will be a *****, but there's not much you can do with the equipment you have
