Ok, so the last month or so maybe, my front 2 sensors would randomly start reading "--" but they always go back to reading normal before I can get to the dealership. I know they won't do anything about it unless they actually see it. So Friday, it happened and I was just down the street from the dealership so I stop and show them. The guy says yeah probably the sensors or the module that reads them and to come back in Saturday morning and they will fix it. So I get up and to the dealership at 7:30am sharp. The reading of course are back to normal now and they take the truck to diagnose it. An hour and a half later, the service writer comes and tells me since it's not acting up they can't do anything. I'm kinda pissed cuz that's why I stopped the day before so they could scan it if they had to but they didn't. I take off for home and halfway home they error out again, so I turn right around and head back to the dealership. They take it right away and then about an hour or so later they come and say they think it's my dBall remote start causing the problem. They ask to be able to unhook it to test. I tell them it can't be I've had it installed since I bought the truck and never had any problems before now. My Challenger has the same remote and never had a problem. I tell them Ok, and they go back... 15 minutes later they say "yep, that seems to be the problem, one started working right away. They ask me to leave it unplugged for a week and see what happens. When I leave, one sensor still says "--" but starts reading a block later. I run some errands and on the way home it happens again!!! So I take a picture and leave the service writer a message that I will be calling on Monday.

Anyone have any ideas what might be wrong??? They said the sensors are transmitting and the module is good???

Sorry about the long rant!!!!

Do you have an aftermarket camera installed in the truck?

I had the exact same issue start around the time I added an eBay (Esky) camera to the front of the truck. Somehow interfered with the Tpms sensors. I could replicate it at will with the camera connected/disconnected.

It was very hard for me to believe.

Nope, no camera or anything else installed but the dBall.

Dropping my truck off at the dealership Thursday night so they can look at it again on Friday morning. I've already told them that they better actually do something this time or I'll be pissed. I did notice that after airing up my tires to 45 psi the front ones read low compared to my gauge. The passenger side reads 40-41 and drivers side reads 42-43. The back two read 45 on the nose and have never given me any troubles.

The Batteries are bad in the TMPS sensors, I had this Problem with my 2015 Rebel. I'm surprised the dealership isn't replacing them for you. I didn't have any problem getting mine replaced even with aftermarket wheels. Is there another dealer you could go to?

We only have one dealership that is less then 1.5 hours away.... I told them that the batteries were bad, the tech that looked at it originally looked like he was about 12 so I told the service advisor to put a more seasoned tech on it. I told them I don't want to waste anymore time on something that should be so simple.

Well they couldn't figure it out..... had to open a STAR case with Chrysler. Going to pickup my truck tonight and then wait til they call me with more info on what the problem could be..... wouldn't think it would be to tough, replace tire sensor, and or replace receiver module that reads them.

Well I'm taking my truck into Discount Tire to have them rotate the front tires back to the rear so I can see if the problem follows the tires. You would think that a highly trained tech at the dealership would be smart enough to try that but no.... they stand there with their little reader and stare at the tire trying to use mind control to fix it. My appointment at Discount Tire is Thursday so I will follow up with the results.

I would guess you either have a couple bad sensors or something is interfering with the signals. Do you have HID headlights? I’ve seen those cause problems before. Honestly if that came into my dealer we probably would have just changed the front sensors. Swapping the front and rear is a easy enough thing to do though and it will tell you if it is the sensors.

Completely stock except for the remote start that I have had completely disconnected....

Got the wheels rotated front to back and went for a little test drive..... guess what rear sensors went off just as I guessed they would. I'm waiting for RamCares to call me to let them know what I discovered and that will hopefully get the dealership off their lazy ass and replace the sensors!!!
