Trailer Lights not working

Hey folks, I know it has been discussed before, but I am having trouble finding the exact information I need. I have a 2013 ram 1500. It has both of the trailer light plug-ins. I am not sure they have ever worked, but I haven't ever really done and troubleshooting. None of the lights work on trailers that I have towed. Turn signals, running lights, nothing.

I assume the first thing I should try would be the fuses. Does anyone know which fuse to check first? Is there a setting I need to be in for the lights to work? Any help would be appreciated.

Don't know if there is much difference between a 2013 and a 2015 fuse wise, but check F28, F29, & F30. The trailer lights should work all the time(they follow what the truck is doing), no special settings needed.
You may need to check the harness that is plugged into the back of outlet on the bumper.

I don't have the info in front of me currently, but I think the fused trailer signals are run off of relays in the PDC, just not sure which ones off hand.

Have you tried the trailer hook up on another vehicle to ensure it isn't the trailer lights that have the issue?

My 2013 had blown trailer light fuses when first trying to tow my boat. Get a trailer light tester, I always carry mine in the truck.
