Default Uconnect & Iphone BT Music issues

I've read tons of threads about the issues with Uconnect and Iphone issues but with no definitive answer. And no suggestions that have helped my Verizon Iphone...

I have read that the Verizon Iphone has a different/new software installed & an update needs to be set to the truck.

My question is where can I get this update? Link? Dealer?

The skipping and speeding of the music drives me NUTS!

EDIT** I have the 430 RBZ - Touch screen without Nav

mine does the same. i run my iphone thru the aux jack with no issues. bluetooth is just good for phone call use only

Have you taken it by the dealer for possible software update? I heard that the Verizon phones had a software adjustment that made them glitch with these head units. I just figured they'd have a fix for it by now....

Yes plus I have the RBZ radio too. Also you can't plug you Iphone thru the USB jack in the upper glove box and it wont work. Far as I know there is no TSB for an update for the RBZ.

Though I will check in 2 weeks when my truck goes in to the dealer for work.

If you could ask when you're in, that'd be awesome! I don't see why this issue wasn't a quick fix...
