UConnect 5.0 RA2 PROBLEM

So just got an RA2 in the mail today, plugged it in and it just has the UConnect screen. It will not reset or anything. I removed neg battery cable and waited an hour. Plugged back in and same story. Also have the service engine soon light, but truck runs fine.

I have the VIN and S/N for the new radio.

Any ideas will be greatly appreciated!

The Svc eng light is likely from disconnecting the battery , this will go away after you drive it a few times .

Your a 2016 , what year is the RA2 from ?

I assume you removed an RA1 nontouchscreen radio ?

Did you have the battery disconnected when you plugged in the new to you RA2 radio ?

2013 RA2

I did remove an RA1

And I did disconnect the battery when I removed and installed RA2
