I have the wires at the radio. I had the RAX jailbreak installed previously. Just need to know where to put them.
Do you still have their harness installed?

The schematic for my 2016 shows the cargo cam into pins 24,25,26. The backup cam would be in pins 31,32,33. Did your truck come from the factory with the cargo cam? Move the pins from 31,32,33 to 24,25,26 and see if that fixes the problem.

That's a good point even though the factory showed 24,25,26 their jailbreak wanted it on 21,22,23z

Not sure what the deal was with their harness. The inputs aren't labeled correctly.

Uconnect 8.4 & 8.4an update - 17.11.07

You could always switch the pins around in their harness i.e. Map pins 31,32,33 to 24,25,26 plug the harness in and see what happens. That's what I ended up doing. I had wired my cargo cam per factory schematics and when I couldn't get the code added to the BCM to activate the cam, I went RAX. But they wanted the cargo cam on pins 21,22,23. So I depinned the one end of their harness and mapped it to the right pins. Just found it easier to mess with the pins on something a could work on outside of the truck lol

Software is radio year spacific .

If you have the vin from the truck the 15 radio was originally installed in , then go to the uconnect site , use that vin and download the SW update to your PC , then put it on a new 4gig thumb drive and install the software via the USB per the instructions on the uconnect site .

Hope this helps !

☆☆☆☆☆☆☆EDIT☆☆☆☆☆☆☆

Oh yeah one more thing , to my knowledge you will not get the OTA SW update unless your vehicle is a 13+ RA3 / RA4 factory install .

If your vehicle came with an RA1 / RA2 or you've upgraded to an RA3/RA4 your only option for a SW update is to do it manually via your USB port in your truck .

Someone please correct me if I'm wrong

Mine hasnt received the OTA yet, factory RA4 2014 Bighorn. When I use Uconnects site the update it gives me from my vin is 8.4AN_RA4_16.13.13_MY13_&_M14

Not uncommon as several have reported the same thing ....either keep checking the uconnect site with your vin# or wait on the OTA ?

Worked like a charm using the RAX harness. Factory connector only had cargo cam in it at 31,32,33. Since I had the backup camera already spliced in the passenger panel as per RAX instructions, I stuck that to 24,25,26 but used the RCA plug on the RAX harness.

If I can find a source for the pins I'll do a write up on how to splice the wires in the side panel add to factory harness.

Glad you got it working!! The pins for the radio c1 connector and the i340 mirror jumper connector are documented over in the diy backup cam thread. M2 Mods also sells a backup camera reroute harness.

Just got this update a week or so ago. Guess they felt we needed a screen off button on the screen and the console now.

Wish we could turn on the tailgate camera instead like the Jeeps do.

My 2014 updated last Thursday. Updated it while at work & only took about 45 minutes to complete.

Everything seems to be working great so far.

I'm in south central Kentucky.
