Uconnect not displaying contact name when callilng

It's not a big deal but it's super annoying. My contacts are still there and I can still use the button to say "Call John" and will do it. But whenever I get a call from them, most of the time it now just shows their number.

I tried doing a factory restore on the radio and unpaired my phone and repaired again. No matter what it now is very shotty on how often it works. I don't know hardly anybody's number so it's pretty annoying (first world problems I know).

Does anyone else have this issue? It's possible this could of happened even with the old update but I first started noticing after the update. I'm just wondering if this is a known issue or if I have some kind of a problem with it.

Any advice would be appreciated.

Yes I did. I deleted the pairing from my phone as if it never happened and also from the Ram. And like I said I did a factory radio reset too to make sure it was fully off there.

It will work sometimes but most of the times won't display the name.

Also, is it normal to take a solid 60 seconds to 2 minutes to have the phone ready to dial up on startup. We have a GMC with intellilink and in 5 seconds I can make a call on that thing through the phone.

I read that uconnect has the best reviews. Media and all works fine but those are my two main griped. Takes 1-2 minutes to be able to dial out and won't tell me the name of the person calling. Like I said it will work if I say "call Billy" but not if Billy called me. It would just show the number.
