Does anyone know how to convert the dashboard power port and USB port to be on all the time not just when ignition is on?

Look in the owners manual, there's something in there about moving a fuse in the fuse box to change from "keyed" power to "battery" power. I don't remember the details but I know you can do it.

Welcome to the forum from Tennessee Sir!

My truck is a 14 , I don't have a USB on the dash , mines in the console .

I suppose you could see if either of your cigarette lighters / 12vdc pwr outlets are hot all the time ( my lower right one is ) then you could just rewire your dash USB to your hot 12vdc receptacle with an inline fuse that supports your USB .

F90/F91 is to switch the power port for the back seat to be on constantly.

The separate USB charging port(not the media one for the radio) in the upper console stays hot all the time.
Unfortunately the power port on the dash and the 120V outlet are only switched with the ignition (ACC position) people have used fuse adapters to wire those "hot" all the time. I think the fuse for the front 12V port is F93
